George Merlin, President

George Merlin is a licensed Architect and a licensed Interior Designer with over 25 years of diverse experience. He approaches each client and project afresh and stays involved with every project from beginning to end. George’s major strength is designing oceanfront architecture and managing the complex permitting process with the many state, and federal government agencies that regulate coastal construction. He also helps clients find the best possible builder and value for their project.
